T-shirt bags

Punch out handle bags
With a perforated handle in the middle, these bags are mostly used in boutiques, perfumeries, and pharmacies. Due to the specificity of the product being packed, we can strengthen the handle, add a flap on the side or on the bottom.
Flexi loop handle bags

– Films for packaging and industry
Stretch foil
With the possibility of manual or machine winding, stretch film serves to achieve greater security and integration of your products during storage or transport, while protecting them from various external influences such as dirt, rain, impacts. Standard 23 micron film or prestrech has excellent tear resistance.
Shrinkable foil
The solution for collective packaging of jars, bottles, tetrapacks… heat-shrinkable film with the help of a thermotunnel adheres to the products and gives them the strength necessary for transport. Extremely strong and transparent film.
Foil for automatic packaging
Foil used when using automatic packaging machines that make sacks with the final product from the foil. Wide application in the packaging of pellets, various products of the food industry, artificial fertilizer, powdered products.
Agricultural film
This foil is characterized by longevity as well as great mechanical resistance. With added UV additive it makes the perfect choice for agricultural silos. In addition to film for silos, we also have film for mulching to protect your plants from weeds.
Strech hood
Pallet covering of goods that is 100% waterproof. It is used for covering pallets of cement, pellets, various industrial raw materials.
Processes
Extrusion is the initial production process of plastic processing, during which, with the help of temperatures, the input raw material (polyethylene granulate) is processed into foil, which later goes to printing and manufacturing. We use HDPE and LDPE as input raw material as well as recycled material. The foil can be single-layered or multi-layered.
The printing plays a very important role in product marketing itself because it represents direct marketing to the customer. We transfer all the customer’s graphic design requirements to the foil through flexo printing, and thus the customer gets a visual identity with their own consumers.
Cutting is the final process that gives bags their final signature look. The foil that is unrolled at the beginning of the machine and passes through the entire machine, which, with the help of rollers and knives, shapes the bag according to the customer’s requirements. After that, the products are ready for storage and distribution.
Recycling by reusing our own waste as well as the waste we buy from others, we are responsible towards the social community and take care of the environment.
Sustainability
The circular economy is a model of product production and consumption, which involves recycling existing materials and products as long as possible. In this way, the life cycle of the product is extended. By using products, equipment and infrastructure longer, we improve the productivity of those resources. This drastically reduces our demand for resources, and creates a more sustainable society for both current and future generations.
Recycling in the production process creates waste that we collect, sort and recycle so that we can use the processed waste again and thus give it a new life cycle. We also buy waste film from other companies, which we recycle and reuse. In this way, we perform an efficient allocation of resources and take care of the environment.
Quality control starting from incoming raw materials, through semi-finished products and all the way to the finished product is one of the most important stages in our production process. Verified suppliers, trained operators, internal checks serve the same goal, which is that the customer receives an accurate and reliable product in accordance with his request.
